International Scout
I never heard anything bad about the International product--you just didn't see very many of them. I like this cartoon drawing of the Scout on its tippy-toes on top of the mountain.
T.O.: I DO remember them...even had a BUDDY L version (huge metal truck) that had removeable doors, and top...just like the REAL ones (that they USED to make here in Fort Wayne, Indiana).
They should have NEVER stopped making them. Now THAT was a forerunner of the modern SUV...they just didn't know it at the time...lol
